Korg Kronos X 61

Music Workstation

The Kronos music workstation was unveiled in 2011 to widespread critical acclaim, winning one award after another. Impressed players, composers and sound designers alike kept asking, "How can they possibly improve on this?!" In the year since its inception, we've done just that. With newly released system updates and an inspiring and growing array of Kronos Sound Libraries, we've brought Kronos to an even higher level of performance.

In creating Kronos X, we listened to many musicians from around the world. Our goal was to change the way musicians interacted with their instrument to provide a more fluid, expressive, and natural experience. At one level, this meant providing a comprehensive yet intuitive control surface. But with Kronos X, we wanted to take these ideas even further, creating an instrument ideally suited to the way musicians play.

Zoom G3X

Guitar Pedal Effects

A partner for recording. A powerful weapon for live performance. With the G3 version 2.0 and the G3X, the maximum number of simultaneous effects has been increased to six, and a new scrolling function allows you to control all of them intuitively using the stomp box size panels. Along with 94 types of effects, 22 amp models with realism so advanced that they include overtones are at your command. With the addition of the G3X and its expression pedal that increases your sonic freedom, ZOOM has introduced another revolution in guitar sound creation.

Motu 4PRE

Compact live recording audio interface

If you've been searching for an affordable, compact audio interface with four mic inputs, your search is over. The 4pre packs four mic inputs into an impressively small half-rack form factor, along with a healthy complement of additional professional-grade audio connections. Just think of the possibilities. You can record and mix vocals plus guitar for two musicians simultaneously. Or mic a drum kit with overheads and close-ups. Or record lead and background vocals in one take. With an interface this flexible, capable, and great-sounding, you'll be ready for any situation your music throws at you.

Korg Nano Pad 2

Slim-line USB-MIDI Controllers

Each of the nanoSERIES2 of ultra-compact and low-profile USB-MIDI controllers will fit perfectly in front of your laptop computer or desktop keyboard, offering impressive control while conserving valuable set-up space. Simply connect a single USB cable, and you've got a music production studio on your desk at home or on the go.

For entering drum parts, the nanoPAD2 is the top choice. It boasts 16 responsive pads and an X-Y touchpad, just as on the Kaossilator Pro.

MacBook Pro & Garage Band

Recording hardware & software

MacBook Pro 15'

The 15-inch MacBook Pro comes with a 2.3GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor with 6MB of shared L3 cache and Turbo Boost speeds up to 3.3GHz. And you can configure it to be even faster with the 2.7GHz quad-core Intel Core i7, featuring 8MB of cache and Turbo Boost speeds up to 3.7GHz.

Garageband

As you record, GarageBand helps you add structure to your song. Most songs are arranged in distinct sections: introduction, verse, and chorus. With the sections clearly defined, you can rearrange your song at any time.

Pedals

Expression, sustain and volume effects

Korg XVP-10 / Expression & Volume Pedal

The massive cast aluminum Korg XVP10 piano pedal operates as either a stereo in-line (in/out) volume pedal, or as an expression pedal when hooked up to the assignable foot pedal jack of Korg keyboard products.

Korg PS-1 / Single Sustain Switch

This universal sustain pedal can be used for sustain when connected to the damper input of Korg keyboards. The sustain pedal can also be used for the assignable input jack on Korg products, where it will provide various functions depending on the product's settings.
